The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) is providing funds to increase enrollment in Medicaid and CHP+ through the use of
PEAK, the online application and benefits management system. HCPF is offering a grant for community organizations to purchase a computer, laptop, or tablet solely for PEAK use. The maximum amount of funding available is $1,000 per location. Each applicant may request one piece of equipment. There is $50,000 available and grant awards will be made until the funds are depleted.
