Certified Rural Health Clinics can receive up to $1,000 when
attending 2014 Forum
To receive funds each Certified RHC participant IS REQUIRED to
attend BOTH emergency preparedness sessions offered at the Forum.
Attendees will be provided with an attendance verification form during each
session. Funds will be allocated following the conference and after attendance
is verified. This opportunity is available to any Certified RHC Staff attending
the Forum. Each clinic may register up to two attendees; clinics wishing to
register more than two attendees must be pre-approved as funds are limited
