Licensure - State Board of Health Hearing

The State Board of Health Hearing on the proposed changes to the hospital general licensure regulations is scheduled for March 17. Attachment A contains a summary of the regulatory changes and concerns; Attachment B contains a list of recommendations for Parts 3,4,5,6,7 and 9 of Chapter II, that CHA will send to the State Board of Health. Attachment C is the February 25, 2010, draft of the regulations and Attachment D is a draft letter from CHA you can use as a template and modify as needed to send to the State Board of Health.
