Each location will offer a hands-on CAH Quality Improvement Workshop from 9:00-3:00 where participants will have the opportunity to network, share best practices and take away new skills to assist them in their Quality Improvement efforts. This year’s workshops will offer some focused hands-on Excel training which will introduce techniques to help Quality Directors utilize the data they are gathering. Following the Quality Improvement Workshop, we will offer a Patient Advocacy Workshop from 4:00-7:30 featuring Patty Skolnik presenting “Switching Chairs: The Health Provider as the Patient and the Advocate”.
