2013 Immunization Schedule Palm Cards

The 2013 Immunization Palm Cards for the childhood immunization schedule, adolescent immunization schedule and screening are now available. The cards, from the Colorado Children’s Immunization Coalition, are available in child, adolescent and child screening schedules, and are laminated and hole-punched for easy attachment to a lanyard or badge.
