Credit Balance Reporting for Quarter Ending 06/30/14
This notice is a reminder that the Medicare credit balance report for the quarter ending June 30, 2014 is due by July 30, 2014. You can fax your zero balance certifications to 410-891-5230. For your convenience, we’ve also added to our website a Credit Balance Web-based Status Tool! This tool will allow providers to confirm receipt and check the status of quarterly Credit Balance reports.
