CDC’s Public Health Grand Rounds Tackles the Vitamin D Controversy

We invite you to watch the next session of CDC’s Public Health Grand Rounds, entitled “The Importance of Monitoring Vitamin D Status in the U.S.” which will be webcast live from CDC headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia on Thursday, August 19, at 9 a.m. (EDT), with an archived video being made available on August 21. These sessions are now available for Continuing Education (CE) credits (*). Vitamin D has become a controversial nutrition issue. This session of Public Health Grand Rounds will review the latest evidence of vitamin D’s effectiveness and safety, while discussing challenges in how to best measure and define vitamin D status.
