2012 Immunization Schedule Palm Cards

The Colorado Children's Immunization Coalition is excited to announce that its palm cards with the updated 2012 CDC vaccine schedule are here! The cards are laminated and hole punched for easy attachment.
Adolescent schedule, child schedule and child screening are available.
These resources are FREE and easy to order!
