Remote & Onsite Quality System Assessment

This periodic review of your organization’s quality system’s processes, structures, and outputs to help determine whether the system is meeting current internal and external needs and goals as well as identify ways to improve performance. This assessment reviews various quality system documents including:

3.       Relevant policies and procedures
4.       Meeting minutes
5.       Reports
6.       Improvement initiatives
7.       Other relevant documentation
A written report with recommendations is provided to your organization.


The Onsite Quality System Assessment also incorporates onsite interviews with various organization staff members and leaders.
