RUPRI (Rural Policy Research Institute) has re-posted the Medicaid paper with a couple of updates to the Appendix table.
This brief outlines and describes the current Medicaid program and its importance to rural America, including data about the coverage it provides to rural people and its impact on rural health care provider income. It also discusses rural implications of program expansion to previously uncovered populations, and other changes states choose to make in how the program is financed and operated.
