The Pediatric Associates of Montrose, a private RHC, hosted the administrative team from the Trinidad RHC Clinic (Mt. San Rafael) this past Tuesday, Dec. 18. The power of collaboration was truly seen and felt as the two staffs partnered together to achieve common goals.
Amber Hickert and Shantel Tubbs, Office Administrator and Clinic Manager respectively, from the Pediatric Associates, graciously accommodated the visiting Quality Improvement team to observe EHR optimization, patient intake, provider scheduling, phone service, triage, billing, patient policies and other internal processes geared to achieve and maintain “Best Practice” benchmarks in the primary care setting.
