Colorado Foundation for Medical Care (CFMC), the Medicare quality improvement organization for Colorado, is coordinating an event which will bring together Colorado healthcare communities from all facets to celebrate success, learn and share best practices, identify quality improvement strategies that build and strengthen our healthcare communities and improve the quality of care throughout Colorado.
