The CREATE grant program is a part of the Emergency Medical
and Trauma Services (EMTS) Provider Grant program through the Colorado
Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). The grant focus is to
assist private and public entities, such as ambulance agencies, training
facilities, hospitals, clinics, special districts, and other providers of EMS
and trauma services with education and training funds to improve and expand the
EMS system in Colorado. Because CREATE is able to offer application
acceptance year-round, this program is flexible to those who need it most.
