As part of the Certified Application Counselor Program, Connect for Health Colorado designates organizations that agree to certify staff or volunteers to perform the duties of Certified Application Counselors. These Designated Organizations must:
- Submit a Designated Organization application for approval by Connect for Health Colorado, including all required back-up documentation.
- Sign the Certified Application Counselor Program Designated Organization Agreement with Connect for Health Colorado and submit with the application. Only organizations will be designated. We do not accept applications from individuals.
- Successfully complete mandatory training. Information on the training will be forwarded to the organization upon approval of their application.
