Short-Term "Jobs" Bill Passed

The Senate and House voted last week to pass H.R. 4851, legislation that will ensure that physicians who practice in hospital-owned outpatient centers qualify for health information technology incentives under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and delay a 21% Medicare payment cut for physicians until May 31.
